  Who would enjoy getting through to a call centre?

At ComForth CIC we share customer's frustrations with call centres, and we've eradicated all of them. Not the call centres, though we might yet consign them to history through survival of the fittest. The frustrations though no longer exist.

If we act on behalf of your local plumber, we'll greet you 'Good afternoon, ComForth for your local plumber..' so you know exactly who you're dealing with. We will not ask you for details that make our databases happier and we never record calls (or other communications). Our call handling staff are experts on the topic you're phoning about. If they cannot answer your query right away, they won't escalate your call and stop caring. They will take it on personally, and handle it throughout, calling you back to save you time and effort. Furthermore we will never rattle off a script, ask you to pay for the call, put you on hold more than once or for over 2 minutes, or sell you anything you can do without. If you have a complaint, our people in charge will give you their time and best efforts. And if you're worried you're calling some overseas number, rest assured in most cases our employee is in your county, let alone your country.
